CASARA unit roles have changed to include operational ground homing of ELT [now a part of our Evaluation Check-list]. We need to consider some additions to our resourcing and training since we may potentially be first at the scene of an incident.  We have the opportunity to train and equip our members with solid 'first aid' skills so as to offer prompt, safe and effective first aid care..."That others may live..." CASARA Saskatchewan is ready to meet this challenge... we have the ability to deliver Certified First Aid and CPR training at several levels [St John Ambulance Certified] to our members and other SAR volunteers.
